other strategies
Below are some strategies our clients have shared with us that have been helpful for them. Maybe they will be helpful for you, too:
I started your program over a month ago and have a valuable confirmation.
At some point I was having scalp aches and my head felt heavy. My blepharospasm and twitches were very strong and uncomfortable.
One day I decided to stop all my vitamins and the supplements. .
That day, while in the train going to the city, I put in practice what I teach, meditation and conscious breathing. I set the goal to 600 counts one inhale, two exhale three inhale and so on.
At the time I reached to 200, the train arrived in the city. The scalp aches and the twitches were 80% better.
It proved that the activity of the blepharospasm is a trigger for the lack of oxygen and breath awareness. That day I felt released.
So I continue this practice at any giving moment while walking, working, playing, talking or any activity in practicing being present through my breathing.
Steve, the state of our minds can trigger and affect or benefit and improve any condition we are in whether emotional or physical.
The third day I decided to continue taking your program and vitamins.
The two approaches together work great
When I feel that my right eye starts blinking, I just bring attention to my breathing and full awareness, dropping any thoughts, and feeling my inner body field.
I learned this in a book "The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle. The counting I added myself for discipline purposes.
This chronic condition can become a path to our spiritual enlightenment by shifting our mind , observing our thoughts, breathing, and living in the now.
We are so attached to the past that we don't live life.
I have achieved great understanding and peace, and I only can feel gratitude to my wink eye, that put me in the Now to understand the mystery of life.
